  • Sunshine School Bus will provide complete safety to children

This special kind of bus has followed all the safety parameters fixed by the government. Door of the bus is quite safe and heights of the seats are also designed according to the heights of the little children which provides them ease to look through windows without any problem. When we see backwards in 80’s there was a dominance of print media in India and there was only two Government Television Channel which is owned by Doordarshan. The 90’s is the era of Liberalisation of an economy in a country, which increases the dominance of Television in the world of Media. In new Century up to the rise of Luxury and Premium brand, creative people of print media have reduced to the only promotional advertisement. Until the end of 90’s mobile phones are been used by only some class of people and now we can see every person with mobile in his hand. Now it is very common to send SMS to respond to an event. If we define Digital in Large-scale with the inclusion of mobile and internet, then the scene of entire communication seems to be changed and can be related exactly what had happened in 90’s with the immerse of television. This change can be occurring at any time. The screen of Mobile and Computer can be the dominant medium of communication and mutual discussion. Most number of Marketers has major work of spreading messages to the most number of customers. In last two decades with the power of mass, media branding has helped them a lot.     প্রেস ইনফরমেশন ব্যুরো ভারত সরকার : মহিলা ও শিশুদের বিরুদ্ধে অপরাধ মোকাবিলা ও প্রতিরোধের জন্য গ্রহনীয় পদক্ষেপ সম্বন্ধে জানিয়ে প্রত্যেকে রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রীকে চিঠি দিয়েছেন শ্রীমতী মানেকা সঞ্জয় গান্ধী। যৌন অপরাধ বা বিশেষভাবে, শিশুদের বিরুদ্দে যৌন অপরাধের তদন্তের জন্য একটি বিশেষ বিভাগ চালুর সুপারিশ করেছেন মন্ত্রী। এটি একটি গুরুত্বপূ্র্ণ পদক্ষেপ হবে বলে তিনি জানিয়েছেন। যৌন অপরাধের তদন্তের স্বার্থে ফরেন্সিক ল্যাব চালুর ক্ষেত্রেও রাজ্যগুলিকে সাহায্যের হাত বাড়িয়েছেন মহিলা ও শিশু বিকাশ মন্ত্রী। শ্রীমতী মানেক সঞ্জয় গান্ধী চিঠিতে বেশ কয়েকটি পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণের কথা বলেছেন। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে- ১. প্রত্যেক পুলিশ আধিকারিককে বিশেষ করে যারা অপরাধের প্রমাণ চিহ্ন সংগ্রহ ও সংরক্ষণের দায়িত্বে রয়েছেন, যৌন অপরাধের বিভিন্ন দিক সম্বন্ধে তাদেরকে পুনরায় প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া। ২. শিশুদের বিরুদ্দে যৌন অপরাধের মামলাগুলি তদন্তের কাজ বিশেষ গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে শেষ করার জন্য পুলিশ আধিকারিকদের নির্দেশ জারি করা। ৩. যৌন অপরাধের মামলার তদন্তের দায়িত্বে থাকা পুলিশ আধিকারিক যদি তদন্তে বাধা দিচ্ছেন বা অপরাধীর সঙ্গে মিলিত রয়েছেন বলে প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে তার বিরুদ্ধে কড়া পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা। শ্রীমতী মানেকা গান্ধী লিখেছেন পেশাদারীভাবে দ্রুত তদন্ত শেষ করাই আপরাধীকে দমনের একমাত্র উপায়। কিন্তু সেটি কেবল রাজ্যই করতে পারবে যেহেতু পুলিশ দপ্তর রাজ্যের দায়িত্ব পরে। অভিযোগ জানানোর জন্য ই-বক্স বা হেল্পলাইন নম্বর ১০৯৮ সম্বন্ধে শিশুদের সচেতন করে তুলতে তিনি রাজ্যগুলিকে অনুরোধ করেছেন। তিনি উল্লেখ করেন যে তাঁর মন্ত্রক হিংসাত্মক ঘটনায় আক্রান্ত মহিলাদের জন্য আজ অবধি ১৭৫টি ওয়ান-স্টপ সেন্টার খুলেছে। এই কেন্দ্রগুলি চালু করা হয়েছে যাতে বিপদের সময় পুলিশ বা চিকিৎসার ব্যবস্হা নাগালের মধ্যে না থাকলে, মহিলারা এখানে সাহায্য পেতে পারেন। তিনি চিঠিতে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ করেছেন যে যৌন অপরাধের ক্ষেত্রে রিপোর্ট লেখা না হলে, পকসো আইনের ২১ নম্বর ধারা প্রয়োগ করা যায়। ২১ নং ধারায় বলা হয়েছে যে এইসব অপরাধের রিপোর্ট লিখতে অস্বীকার করলে, সেই পুলিশ আধিকারিকের বিরুদ্ধে আইনের ১৯ বা ২০ নম্বর ধারা অনুযায়ী শাস্তিমূলক পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা যায়। তিনি মহিলা ও শিশুদের বিরুদ্ধে অপরাধ দমনের বিষয়ে বিভিন্ন রাজ্য সরকারের পরামর্শও চেয়েছেন।

    Cabinet Cabinet approves creation of National Urban Housing Fund Posted On: 20 FEB 2018 4:30PM by PIB Delhi The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given approval for creation of National Urban Housing Fund (NUHF) for Rs.60,000 crores.  This fund will be situated in Building Materials and Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.   The Ministry has so far sanctioned 39.4 lakh houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). There is a very good response from the States / UTs and nearly 2 - 3 lakh houses are being sanctioned every month. More than 17 lakh houses have been grounded and about 5 lakh houses have been completed. Under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS), wherein housing for EWS / LIG / MIG beneficiaries is being sanctioned by the Banks / HFCs to the eligible beneficiaries under the PMAY(Urban), the responses have grown significantly. Nearly 87,000 Housing Loans have been sanctioned in last 8 months under the Scheme and over 40,000 applications are under consideration for approval. The target is to cater to the demand of housing shortage of nearly 1.2 crore and make available housing to all by 2022, when the Country celebrates its 75th Anniversary of Independence.   NUHF will facilitate raising requisite funds in next four years so that flow of Central Assistance under different verticals i.e. Beneficiary Linked Construction (BLC), Affordable Housing in Partnership(AHP), In-Situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR) and Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) is sustained and construction of houses to address the gap in Urban Sector progresses smoothly. *** AKT/VBA/SH (Release ID: 1521127)
